Product Description

The aim of this product is to monitor the running process batch wise & make sure that the process runs under predefined process parameter limits. If any of the specified parameter goes out of allowable range then it generates an alarm. Every batch is allowed to run for predefind time. In case the parameters are not in range this Run TIME is adjusted so that the process runs for preset time. Example is the 'Heat treatment oven'. A perticular factory manufacturing PVC pipes has a electric Oven used for heat treatment. The Process validator unit monitors the oven temperature, Rotation of the job kept in oven, Status of oven door. Depending on these parameters it generates a printable report for the particular batch.
